Visual Paging Services
Visual paging services are available via the airport's 45 CNN network screens. These screens are located in each gate area at both terminal buildings and in baggage claim at the Lindbergh Terminal. To request a page for someone who is deaf or hard of hearing, call the airport's Paging and Information office at 612-726-5555 or, if at the airport, dial 201 from a black courtesy phone. Please be prepared to spell the person's first and last name.
If the person is requestd to call the Paging and Information office for a message, they will need to call the office via a TDD/TTY phone, or have someone call for them. The Travelers Assistance volunteers, located at booths around the airport, are able to assist with this phone call.
In addition to personal pages, all emergency related messages will be paged visually. These messages include, but are not necessarily limited to, severe weather information and evacuations.
Questions about the visual paging services at MSP can be directed to the Paging and Information office at 612-726-5555 or via e-mail at publicaffairs@mspmac.org.
