Despite Minnesota's reputation for frigid temperatures and long winters, it isn't always cold and snowy. In fact Minnesota has four, distinctly different and beautiful seasons. Autumn in Minnesota can't be beat and although spring does bring showers, it's a great time to get out and enjoy the over 10,000 lakes.
Break out the sunscreen during our sometimes balmy summers. Dress warmly for winter and be prepared to take advantage of all the great cross country skiing and snowshoeing trails, as well as ample ice fishing possibilities.
