SIDA Training Classes

The Airport Police Department provides mandatory SIDA (Security Identification Display Area) training classes for new secured area SIDA (yellow), AOA/SIDA (red) and Non-SIDA (blue) badge holders. Anyone who has lost a security badge is also required to attend SIDA training.

Participants must check-in at the Badging Office a minimum of 30 minutes prior to class. No appointment or pre-registration is required. The class lasts approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Badges are distributed following class.

For returning badge holders: If you have held an active SIDA badge within the last 6 months, you will not be required to re-attend SIDA training.

Classes begin sharply at the following times:

Tuesdays	1:30 p.m.
Wednesdays	8:00 a.m.
Thursdays	1:30 p.m.
Fridays	8:00 a.m.
